Summary:

In Enders Game we meet a young boy named Ender who is taken by the government to go to a battle school. The reason he is going to the battle School is because aliens are trying to invade their world. They isolate him and train him to be the strongest out of their entire group and train him to lead armies against the buggers(the aliens are called buggers).  The way they train him is by having him go into a battle room with other troops and then using stun guns to freeze people as training for the fight.

What I liked and didn't like:

I liked that a lot of the book was in space because space interests me. I also like that it was about aliens because I wonder if there are aliens out there. One more thing I liked is that he was bullied and then ended up becoming the strongest because I like stories about underdogs. One thing I disliked is how the beginning wasn't very interesting but it slowly built up and got a lot more interesting later.

What it reminds me of:

Ender's Game reminded me of Project Hail Mary and the Martian. This is because both of them are about futuristic sci-fi, aliens, problem solving, and being in space. It also reminded me of Michael Vey because in Michael Vey they had to use strategy to beat their opponents and this is what they do in Ender’s Game.
