12 book Series
Summary:
Spy School is about a 6th grader named Ben who becomes a spy. One day, after middle school, Alexander Hale, a famous spy, is in his living room. He gives Ben a mysterious invitation to an elite spy academy for the CIA and tells him to pack his bag. They than get in an SUV and drive to the camp grounds, where he is recruited for several missions.
What was good and bad:
I like that there are 12 books and counting in this series because they are about spies and espionage. I also love how Erica’s father is a lousy and clumsy spy because I find it funny. I don't like how the books are only about 300 -350 pages long. I also think that it’s funny how the principal of the school is an absolute idiot. One more thing I like is Catherine because she is British and always apologizes before knocking people unconscious.
What it reminds me of:
Spy School reminds me of Funjungle because of the mystery and the problem solving. Spy School also reminds me of Explorer Academy because a small team is working together to solve the dilemma.
